The website was launched last month, and our goal with this new website is to give power back to job seekers in their job search. On the front page of the website, you can see we have our featured candidates and our featured jobs.
We wanted to let employers browse, find and connect with potential employees. The full CV is available on request, but we aim to give enough info on the front page to let you see the high quality candidates available. You can browse, see the industry they work in and a brief overview of experience. If you’re interested in learning more, we will get their information across to employers.
The response to the website launch has been incredible so far, and we hope this will grow as we continue to work with our range of wonderful clients.
We do, of course, also advertise jobs on the front page, letting jobseekers see the range of clients we work with, and apply.

Typically, searching for a job has put the onus on the job seeker. They search job listings, job websites, LinkedIn and even newspapers. But what Sapphire Recruitment wants to do is to give the power back to the jobseeker. Let jobs find you! By highlighting your CV on the front page, by letting employers find you. And now that we’ve started with this change, there’s no stopping it.
